Easily manage and upload files using this view. The left sidebase display the existing folders and right region list all the files uploaded to the selected folder.

Select the options that you want to apply to the current product(Existing assets will not be affected). Click on the Save button at the right corner to make the changes permanent.
Download file naming convention:
{[use {n} as placeholder for auto page numbering, if not used the system automatically inserts page numbers at the end.
Pick the sizes you want by selecting the checkbox on the left, select corresponding size definition from the given list. Click on the save button at the bottom right corner to make the changes permanent.
Modify your default page specifications and click on the save button at the bottom right corner to make the changes permanent.

This dialog helps you to quickly upload image files and assign them to pages. Folio and pages will be auto created by the system. If you want to modify the pages after uploaded completes, navigate to the Folio and double click the last folio icon.
If you want to auto resize the images, select the 'Enable Auto Resize' checkbox and specify the width and height values before uploading the files.
Browse to select the files you want to upload. Click on the upload button once you have selected all your files.

Step 2: Select an asset folder, where you want to store the selected asset(s). You may also create a new asset folder by clicking on the 'New Folder' button.
Step 3: Select an insertion to assign the selected asset(s) to the insertion. Ignore the step, in case you have selected a 'Publish Ready or Library' asset folder.
